2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Blooming Forward reserves the right to limit the quantity of products it supplies, supply only part of an order, or divide an order into multiple shipments.

2.2 Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers and houseplants may not be available. In such cases, Blooming Forward reserves the right to substitute the unavailable flowers or houseplants with similar flowers or houseplants of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and theme of the arrangement.

2.3 Pricing

Prices for Blooming Forward’s products are subject to change without notice. The price of the products will be the price in effect at the time of your order.

2.4 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Blooming Forward’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of its offer to sell. Blooming Forward reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Locations

Blooming Forward offers delivery services within the Utah County area. Delivery outside of these areas may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Delivery Times

Blooming Forward will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order on the pre-specified date and time; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Blooming Forward’s control.

13.3 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and are outlined during the checkout process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a partial refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund and orders will be forfeited.

4.2 Refunds and Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Blooming Forward within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Blooming Forward will review your complaint and determine if issuing  a refund or offering a replacement is a reasonable resolution. Refunds, replacements, or both are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Blooming Forward.

5. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of Blooming Forward’s products, returns are not accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blooming Forward or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blooming Forward is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or the purchase of products listed on this site.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
